The Quantum Fitness Club is a series of monthly immersions into the 13 Pillars of Well Living which I created on my own journey and use for the transformation of my private clients. The pillars build on each other and their power in your life expands as we progress and integrate them seasonally, cumulatively, and in community.
The club is an opportunity to explore the spiral of conscious evolution together, and return to lessons we learn together again and again. You are a masterpiece. I am the guide in helping you on your artful craft of self. This one-month registration allows participants autonomy and flexibility in joining into this communal work. You’re the boss, and it’s important that you join where you are ready to participate fully in the work.
In one month, you can expect to meet with the group two times for experiential lessons, as well as participate in a group chat where members can discuss the material. Between lessons, you will have assignments and exercises to integrate the material.
