Lauren began in the ateliers of fashion — pattern-making, expert tailoring, textile design. She built garments entirely by hand, worked in natural pigments, understood the body as architecture before she ever understood it as biology.
Then she became very sick. The medical system had no map for where she was. So she made one.
Disconnected from her own energy source, moving through her days at a fraction of her capacity, she was guided by a single instruction from her mineral mentor — make the map. She never stopped working. Over six years of N=1 research, she identified the necessary components: mineral recalibration, metabolic timing, circadian biology, ancestral pattern clearing.
