Working with Lauren has been a breath of fresh air. I've completed three sessions so far, and each one has been enlightening & confirming. The depth and accuracy have felt supportive. One area that we focused on was old anxieties that were rearing their ugly head again. We identified root causes, and the intensity of the anxiety has drastically subsided. I have been more grounded, and it's been a month and counting with little to no anxiety. Lauren was able to work through a myriad of symptoms that I was experiencing and very thoroughly pinpointed where my issues were stemming. My Bio sessions with Lauren were wonderful. Lauren's professional and relaxed manner put me at ease right away. Her ability to pinpoint my body issues amazed me.
